When caring for your Swig:
- While this vessel is dishwasher safe, we recommend handwashing to maintain the best possible finish
- When washing the cap, we recommend using a dishwasher; do not soak the cap in water
- Never use bleach or abrasive cleaners containing chlorine
- Do not put in the microwave
- Do not overfill with hot liquids and keep out of reach of children when filled with hot liquids
- Always make sure cap is tightly secured before drinking
- Do not use Flip + Sip Straw Cap with hot beverages

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for defective items, transit damage (report within 72 hours with photos), or wrong items received. We do not accept returns for change of mind. Email support@protoka.com with your order number and photos to initiate a return.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, and Shop Pay. All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments with 256-bit SSL encryption.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 0–1 business days (Monday–Saturday). Once shipped, standard delivery takes 2–3 business days. Total estimated delivery time is 2–4 business days from the date of purchase. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
