Orders

How do I place an order?

Simply browse our store, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Follow the on-screen instructions to enter your shipping and payment details. You'll receive an order confirmation email once your order is successfully placed.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

We begin processing orders quickly. If you need to make a change or cancellation, please contact us at support@wedme.net as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered processing, but we will do our best to help.

How will I know my order was confirmed?

You will receive an order confirmation email at the address provided during checkout. Please check your spam/junk folder if you don't see it within 1 hour.


Shipping

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. No minimum purchase required.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. After processing, delivery takes approximately 4–6 business days. Total estimated time from order to delivery is 5–8 business days.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we only ship within the United States. We hope to expand to international shipping in the future.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier's website.

My tracking hasn't updated in a few days. What should I do?

Tracking updates can sometimes be delayed. Please allow 2–3 business days before contacting us. If there is still no update, reach out to us at support@wedme.net and we'll investigate.


Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We accept returns only for items that are damaged or significantly not as described. We do not accept returns for change of mind. Please see our full Refund Policy for details.

How do I request a return?

Email us at support@wedme.net with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the damage or discrepancy. Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days.

How long do I have to request a return?

All return requests must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date.

When will I receive my refund?

Once your return is approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.


Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following cards: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, JCB, Diners Club, and Discover. All transactions are processed securely.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. Our website uses SSL encryption and our payment processing is PCI-DSS compliant. We do not store your full card details on our servers.

My payment was declined. What should I do?

Please double-check your billing information and ensure your card details are entered correctly. If the issue persists, contact your bank or try a different payment method. You're also welcome to reach out to us for assistance.

Are your product images accurate?

We do our best to display products as accurately as possible. However, colors may vary slightly depending on your screen settings. If you have any concerns about a product, please contact us before purchasing.

What if I received the wrong item?

We sincerely apologize if this happens. Please contact us immediately at support@wedme.net with your order number and a photo of the item received. We will resolve this promptly.
