At wedme.net, operated by GLORIA XC LLC, we are committed to getting your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please review our shipping policy below.


1. Shipping Destination

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or US territories at this time.


2. Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders. No minimum purchase required. No coupon code needed.


3. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

You will receive an email confirmation with your order details immediately after purchase, and a separate shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.


4. Estimated Delivery Time

After processing, estimated delivery times are as follows:

Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or high-volume periods (e.g., holidays).


5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive the confirmation email.

If you have not received a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@wedme.net.


6. Shipping Carriers

We work with trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, FedEx, and other regional carriers to ensure reliable delivery. The carrier used for your order will be indicated in your shipping confirmation email.


7. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately at support@wedme.net. We will do our best to update the address before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order is in processing.


8. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking information shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please:

  1. Check with neighbors and around your property
  2. Contact your local post office or carrier
  3. Wait 2–3 business days, as packages are sometimes marked delivered prematurely
  4. Contact us at support@wedme.net if the issue persists

We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. However, we will work with you and the carrier to investigate and find a resolution.


9. Delays and Disruptions

We are not liable for shipping delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, extreme weather, carrier disruptions, or public health emergencies. In such cases, we will do our best to keep you informed.
