1. Our Return Policy
We accept returns only under the following circumstances:

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:
- Change of mind or buyer's remorse
- Items that have been used, washed, or altered
- Minor color variations due to screen display differences
- Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer
- Delays caused by shipping carriers
2. Return Window
All return requests must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date as confirmed by the tracking information. Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.
3. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Email us at support@wedme.net with the subject line: "Return Request – Order #[Your Order Number]"
- Include the following in your email:
- Your full name and order number
- A clear description of the issue
- Photos or videos clearly showing the damage or discrepancy
- Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days and respond with next steps.
Please do not ship any items back without receiving written authorization from our team. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or refunded.
4. Refund Process
Once your return is approved and the item is received and inspected (if required), we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Please note:
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs may be covered by us if the return is due to our error (damaged or wrong item)
- Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer
5. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you received a damaged or incorrect item, we will issue a refund or send a replacement at our discretion after the return is approved.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances:
- Items returned without prior authorization
- Items returned after the 30-day window
- Items that show signs of use, damage caused by the customer, or missing original packaging
