Little Pup has absolutely no idea what he’s doing, but he’s doing it with conviction. A soft-footed optimist in cocoa and cream, he’s recently appointed himself Head of Welcome at the Post Office, watched over by Derreck Dog.
Responsibilities include: greeting customers, chasing receipts and tails, and reorganizing the parcel shelf (only the lowest, easiest-to-reach ones, mind). His ears do most of the thinking, and his life motto is: “No dogs allowed? Never heard of it.”
Small? Yes. Stay-at-home? Not a chance!
Just a little man? He’s so widdle ? A tiny sprout of a thing that wants to be cuddled and give love. I buckled him up for safety when I brought him home.

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for defective items, transit damage (report within 72 hours with photos), or wrong items received. We do not accept returns for change of mind. Email support@protoka.com with your order number and photos to initiate a return.

How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 0–1 business days (Monday–Saturday). Once shipped, standard delivery takes 2–3 business days. Total estimated delivery time is 2–4 business days from the date of purchase. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
